OSOPADEC played host to the Brigade Commander, 32 Artillery Brigade, Akure, Brig. Gen. ZL Abubakar, and his entourage, 25th April 2019.

He was received at the Oba-Ile Head Office of the Commission by the Chairman, Hon. Gbenga Edema, and the Secretary, Dr. Victor Koledoye, with other management staff of the Commission.

Speaking, the Commander said he was in the Commission to inform the leadership of the change in command at the Brigade and to assure that there was no gap in administration, adding that he had learned that there was a cordial relation between OSOPADEC and the Barracks which he would love to maintain.

Barr. Edema pledged continuity of the cordial relations. The Secretary, Dr. Koledoye, gave the vote of thanks, while Prince Amoye, earlier, gave the opening prayer. The closing prayer was the second stanza of the National Anthem which was recited in unison.
