OSOPADEC Chairman, Elder Sam Erejuwa on behalf of the Board, Management and Staff of the Commission has congratulated Christians in Ondo State, particularly citizens of the entire mandate areas on the occasion of this year’s Christmas celebration.
Erejuwa’s goodwill message was contained in a statement personally signed by him and issued by Information & Protocol Unit of the Commission.
The statement read in part: “On behalf of the Board Management and Staff of the Ondo State Oil Producing Areas Development Commission (OSOPADEC), I heartily rejoice with our Christian brothers and sisters on the occasion of this year’s Christmas celebration. Christmas is a period when people come together to rejoice and extend love to one another.
“As we celebrate the season, let us continually reflect on the lessons and the significance of Christmas. Our lives must always exhibit the virtues of unconditional love, peace, selflessness and compassion for humanity which the birth and life of Christ exemplified.
As Great People of one Nation, I urge Nigerians to remain patriotic and imbibe the spirit of tolerance and unity irrespective of religious, ethnic or political affiliations especially as the 2023 General Elections get closer.
I pray year 2023 will be a year of remarkable peace, joy and unprecedented progress for all the Staff of the Commission, Ondo State and monumental transformation for our nation Nigeria.”
Signed: Sam Erejuwa, Chairman, Ondo State Oil Producing Areas Development Commission (OSOPADEC)
