Chairman, Ondo State Oil Producing Areas Development Commission (OSOPADEC), Elder Sam Erejuwa on behalf of the Board, Management and Staff of the Commission has commiserated with the Speaker of the Ondo State House of Assembly, Rt. Hon. Bamidele Oleyelogun on the demise of his mother, Mrs. Mary Asake Oleyelogun.
Mrs. Mary Oleyelogun transited to glory in the early hours of Saturday 10th December, 2022 at a very ripe age of 102.
Erejuwa’s condolence message was contained in a statement personally signed by him titled: “OSOPADEC Board and Management Commiserate With Rt. Hon.Oleyelogun Over Mum’s Demise”.
The statement read in part: “The Board, Management and Staff of the Ondo State Oil Producing Areas Development Commission (OSOPADEC) commiserates with the Speaker, Ondo State House of Assembly Rt. Hon. Bamidele Oleyelogun on the passage of his mother, Mrs Mary Asake Oleyelogun.
“Mama joined the triumphant saints in the early hours of Saturday 10th December, 2022 at a very ripe and glorious age of a Hundred and Two (102) years.”
The news was received with total submission to Divine will of God.
“Our thoughts and prayers are with the Number Three citizen of our Dear State, his siblings and the entire family in this moment of grieve. “We however encourage Mr. Speaker and the family to seek solace in Mama’s sacrifice and training for her children. She lived a fulfilled life, exhibiting the virtues of Compassion to fellow men with undiluted Love and Cheerfulness in serving her Creator even till her last breath”.
Erejuwa in the statement prayed for the repose of the departed soul, and that God grant the Speaker and his family the fortitude to bear the loss.
